what is an Elite Rugby Camp?
Our Elite Rugby Camp is a 3 day programme designed by an Elite Coaching team to help aspiring young players reach the next level of development, which may include being invited to join a Professional Pathway.

Combining elite coaching methods and technology we establish and benchmark a player's current skill & fitness level through analysis, video review and performance testing, to identify the necessary areas to focus their development.

Each player will receive a detailed analytical review and in addition they will learn a variety of skills that will allow them to understand how to take control of their own ongoing Development Plan,

Our Camps provide an evidence based, long term athlete development pathway, created to provide high quality coaching and player development opportunities, not only to prepare them for the demands of their sport, but also for everyday life. A long-term athlete development (LTAD) pathway is full of rewards, and with hard work, consistency and dedication, plus the support of the ERC coaches and fellow players, everyone can reach their full potential.
Created for young athletes 12+, Athletes continue to learn new skills, develop their potential and monitor their development.

From the head coach & coaching team
Nash Cohen is the current London Broncos Head of Talent Pathway, the current Lead Coach of Middlesex U16 Girls Rugby and the Head of Girls Rugby at Saracens ARFC. As a former professional rugby player with London Broncos and having represented England at U19 level, Nash has a wealth of experience in Professional Rugby Pathways, both as a player and coach.
He has an unrivalled passion and energy for developing young rugby players and working with them to maximise their player development. He is backed up by a world class coaching team that includes former International Players and Coaches.

Our camps are held all over London with our most recent taking place at the renowned Wasps FC Rugby Club in Acton, Greater London. This location was selected for it's excellent facilities and easy to reach location making it accessible to many in the London and Home Counties regions.
